This Free Webinar Is For Men Who Want:

  • To resolve repeated difficult relationship patterns
  • To be clearer and feel more empowered
  • Want a balance of give-and-take with in your relationships
  • To feel more confident in starting a new relationship

In this Webinar, Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Transpersonal Psychologist, Doug Miller, PhD, draws from both his professional and personal experience and discusses the deeper issues that affect men in their relationships.

Through cultural conditioning and family patterns men are separated from many of their emotions, wants and needs, and their vulnerability.  Each of these are essential ingredients to fulfilling relationship functioning, for you, your partner, and your children.

Doug describes how disconnection from these important aspects of yourself robs you of your "Internal Personal Power." Internal Personal Power, simply put, comes from being comfortable with and knowing your true intimate wants and desires and making sure you get them met in a calm and empowered way, which, as it turns out, makes you a more fulfilling partner and parent.

In This 75-Minute Webinar You Will Learn:

Ways men developed poor relationship habits from common ways they were parented, and from cultural conditioning

How emotional neglect is similar to trauma and causes problems in our relationships

What’s really standing in the way of great relationships

At the end of the webinar I answered questions and discussed:

  • How to cope with feeling other people's traumas
  • How to get to the root of abandonment anxiety
  • Do we need childhood memories to heal
  • How to get to the source of your issues
  • Breaking codependency patterns and focusing on your needs and feelings

About Doug Miller, Ph.D.

Doug is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Transpersonal Psychologist working in the Mental Health Field for 35 years. His formal training included Gestalt Therapy, Jungian, Somatic Therapy, Existential and Psychodynamic Psychotherapies. He was also encouraged to develop the use of intuition in his practice, which has become highly developed. His training and experience have brought him to a deep understanding of the interplay between childhood emotional and family dynamics with personal life development, fulfillment and spiritual growth.

Having met Elicia Miller, his soul mate and wife, they share the same passion for healing and personal growth and have accelerated one another’s journeys.  After years of each of them doing intensive healing work, together, they have further healed in their relationship, including with the help of other healers when needed.  Through these experiences and his passion for understanding and healing, Doug has been helping others do the healing needed to find the relationship fulfillment that everyone desires.

Doug's focus with men is on recapturing aspects of self that have been lost to cultural male conditioning, personal wounds, and childhood neglect.  Each of these stand in the way of emotional satisfaction, deeply satisfying relationships and a full life. He sees the value of this work not only in terms of individual development but also as a way to improve men’s role in society, across societies and in relation to the planet.  His authenticity, realness, and compassion, sometimes including humor, makes him accessible to his clients, while he deeply honors each man's process.
